No casts are noted on low power. The bacteria in the urine is immediately evident, filling every field. This puts it at a 4+ and is most likely the cause of the turbidity. The white blood cells are difficult to see through the bacteria, but there are about 5-10 per low power field. This matches the positive leukocyte esterase. The urine chemistries also showed trace blood and a few red blood cells can be seen on the microscopic. It is possible some RBCs lysed as well. Other than that, there is not much else of note.
