The most notable element in this urine is the 4+ Ammonium Biurate crystals. Their characteristic thorny apple appearance is visible even on low power. The crystals are the most likely cause of the high turbidity. No red or white cells are noted which is consistent with the urine chemistries. The trace blood on the chemistries may be hemolyzed which is why no RBCs are seen on the microscopic.
