Today I saw the following cells in a urine. They are about twice as large as the white blood cells that can be seen around them. At first I thought they may be Oval Fat Bodies, but they showed no polarization. The nuclei are too irregular to be Renal Cells. So, that leaves me thinking they are macrophages. This correlates with them being larger than the other white blood cells. What do you think?
