Calcium Oxalate crystals are present in the urine, most taking on the classic dihydrate form (envelope or pyramid-shaped). There are also a few monohydrate forms which can be mistaken for red blood cells if not careful. There are also a few white blood cells that can be seen on high power. This coincides the positive leukocyte esterase on the urine chemistries. Bacteria can also be seen, though they are not in focus. No casts were noted on lower power.
